Private infrared sauna experience was a 10/10! The space is so clean and just the right amount of heat. The gym space is excellent and has the best equipment I've seen. Staff is super friendly! Highly recommend!

Sick freaking GYM. The training facility is top notch. Super clean, wide variety of training equipment and my personal favorite the free weight area. Very few gyms in the area have a cold plunge like J.A.C. Jimmy the owner is a great. Trainer and an awesome Dude.
